What’s the child policy?
Prices depend on what type of room you book, so if two parents sleep in a double and a child under 3 sleeps in a cot, then just a double room is required. If however, your child requires a bed, then a triple room should be booked.

What’s the Cancellation Policy?
Give us more than 48 hours notice and you won’t be charged.

Is it easy to reach the Vatican and St Peter’s from the Flower Garden?
Yes, just take the metro from nearby Repubblica 5 stops to Ottaviano - San Pietro.

Is breakfast included?
Yes it is.

Italian buffet breakfast with hams, cheeses and hard boiled eggs.

What time can we check in?
Any time after midday.

Yes, the entire property, including the guest rooms, is all air conditioned.

Yes they are.

No, but there are several internet cafes in the area. Note that due to new legislation in Italy you must provide valid ID (Driving License or Passport) in order to use a public computer.

Can I smoke?
In the privacy of your own room, yes. In public areas of the hotel, no. Guests who wish to have a non-smoking room should specify so when booking.

Does the Flower Garden Hotel have a restaurant?
No, sorry, but the area is abbondante with fine restaurants of all types to suit all budgets.

Erm, no. Sorry, that’s just the name.

Can I spend American dollars in Rome?
No, only Euros (€).
